Since the controversy, “A Million Little Pieces” has remained the No. 1 selling book on Amazon.com.

There is no such thing as bad PR? 🙂

  2. I don’t understand why everyone is getting so upset with this book – is it not a fictional book? – is it not a “story” by definition a story is an account of events, history, tale, plot of a narrative or “dramatic” work, in this case – a widely circulated rumor.
I guess I just don’t understand why people are getting so bent out of shape over this??? Any thoughts?

  3. The problem is that Random House released the book as non-fiction, and Frey has been vociferous about the fact that the book is a true story, and that any allegations against him are a lie.

If Frey had just said, “Yep, it’s fictional,” there would be no furor. He brought this on himself.
