3% Of Americans Live Healthy Lifestyles

Researchers at Michigan State collected data from 153,000 adults on their healthy habits (or lack thereof). The key health factors were:

  1. Don’t smoke
  2. Eat at least 5 servings of fruits and vegetables per day
  3. Exercise for at least 30 minutes five times per week
  4. Maintain a healthy weight

Remarkably enough, only 3% of adults met these criteria.

Thanks to some recent weight loss, I think I might just squeak in!
