The University of Michigan reports that getting an extra hour of sleep per night has more impact on your happiness than an extra $60,000 per year. I guess I’m on to something when I tell people that if I were a billionaire, I’d take more naps!
Meanwhile, Dartmouth and the University of Warwick estimate that getting busy once a week instead of once a month increases your happiness as much as an extra $50,000 per year.
Start living a richer life. Put down that remote and start hitting the sack.
